Only the registered PadSplit Member assigned to this room is permitted to occupy or stay in the bedroom. Guest Policy Guests are NOT permitted to stay or occupy the bedroom at any time. Bringing, allowing, or permitting any guest to stay or occupy the bedroom is considered a violation of the Host’s house rules and occupancy policy. The PadSplit Member is responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person occupies or stays in the room. Compliance By booking and occupying this room, the PadSplit Member acknowledges and agrees to comply with this single-occupancy policy. Any violation of this policy may result in action by the Host and/or PadSplit in accordance with applicable rules, policies, and procedures. Please do not book this room if you require accommodation for more than one person. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY — NO GUESTS STAYING IN THE ROOM. Enjoy living in a cozy Duplex / Multiplex. As hosts, we also need to issue a Notice to Vacate if a member misses two payments. We have included this information in our property description so all PadSplit members are aware that one of our house rules is: if more than two payments are missed, a Notice to Vacate will be issued. This ensures that members are informed before submitting a booking request.
