The monthly rent is $900, with the last month's rent due in advance. A $600 security deposit is required, for a total of $2,400 due at move-in. This is a local owner-managed property, not a management company. Applicants must provide proof of income with recent payroll documents and verification of employment length. A background check is required, and any felony convictions or evictions within the past 5 years may result in denial of the application. All adults and children who will occupy the premises must be listed on the application, and a valid Florida photo ID or driver's license is required. No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted in the building. The tenant is responsible for water, electric, and lawn upkeep.
