It has its own address of 2932G - 13th Ave NW but rentfaster won't let me include the G.PARKING: There are 2 dedicated parking spots directly beside the laneway and a dedicated brand-new fence/gate to access the laneway. Access to a paid visitor/street parking pass as well. (45/year for the visitor pass).HOME: This home is FULLY FURNISHED and FULLY STOCKED and boasts newer, modern furniture and mattresses.
