$2,200 /Month

I have two roommates currently slated to move out on 8/31. It would be a lease takeover from my previous roommates, not sublet, so 9/1/26 - 8/31/27. The place is in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, about 10 mins walking to Utica Av. A/C line or 10 in the other direction to Gates Av J train. It’s on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a 6 unit building. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is rather small so I’m ideally looking for just 1 roommate who can have both rooms (can use the smaller as an office/storage etc) and your own bathroom. We’d just share the kitchen/living room. There is laundry in the building and a shared backyard patio, as well as a small storage room in the basement. It would be $2,200 a month for both rooms & bathroom. Or open to discussing a lower rent if we shared the smaller office room. Utilities are also around $150ish per month.
