The bathroom has a tub shower combo, vanity, commode, and washer and dryer! The bedroom is oversize and also features a heating and cooling window unit. We have equipped the bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 twin trundle bed. The trundle bed has an extra twin bed that sits on wheels at floor level under the top bed. This lower bed can be rolled out to accomade a fourth sleeper. So in total, there are 4 twin beds for you to enjoy. There is also a wall mounted smart TV in the bedroom, as well. For parking, there is one assigned parking spot directly in front of the home. Any additional parking would be on the curb. This home also has its own yard with chain link fencing.
