It's a 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom duplex with two floors of private outdoor space and spacious living area that gets floor to ceiling light through the south facing windows. The lower outdoor space alone is larger than a one bedroom. Views of Fidi from lower patio and views of midtown from upper patio. It’s nice to live in a space where you don’t feel forced to go out, and can relax in, or casually host a small group and grill for dinner. The lease will run from Sept 1, 2026-Aug 31, 2027. we are hoping to renew the lease by the early Aug and would like to fill the room by then.
