Wildewood Springs is an 88 acre, well maintained community in the heart of West Bradenton. This furnished second floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is beautifully appointed and a great place to call home. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and plenty of closet space and storage. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed along with an ensuite bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub. The living/dining/kitchen is open concept with stainless appliances and granite counters. The lanai spans across the length of the unit and is a relaxing spot to take in the view of the mature trees and birds right from your unit. This property is available for annual rental at $2,100 each month. Seasonal rental, with a minimum of 3 months between December 1 and April 30 is $3,100 each month. Security deposit equivalent to one months rent is required once application via the association and rent spree has been approved. One half of the first months rent is due 15 days prior to move in. Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late on the 5th of the month at which time a $25 late fee will be assessed each day. Rent is all inclusive of all utilities however the electric has a $50 month cap each month. Any overages you will be provided a copy of the FPL bill and be responsible to cover the difference. Background check is required for each adult over 18 years old with a $100 fee for each from the homeowners association along with one from Rent Spree.
