This home is one of a few remaining 1940's farmhouses on James Island. It's a great location--minutes to the James Island Connector and downtown and a short drive to Folly Beach. The house has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths--2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. It's a perfect set up for roommates. Theres a large front porch and lawn with all lawn maintenance provided by the landlords. It has a galley kitchen with breakfast room, large living, dining, and den with wet bar and faux fireplace. There are multiple storage or clothing closets in a large hall at the bottom of the steps and a detached carport that is perfect for storing bikes, kayaks, surfboards or 2 car covered parking. There is plenty of off-street parking. James Island Co. Park and the Terrace area are minutes away!
