Electric is set up in your name with HEC. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis in the top of the parking deck. There is not enough parking for each apartment unit. The parking deck offers free 12 hour parking from 7pm to 7am and the Municipal Building 1 block down offers free 24 hour parking as long as your car doesn't sit for more than 24 hours at a time.
