About the room:Upstairs bedroom in suburban house, very close to Halifax Shopping Centre, very close to Mumford Bus Terminal, and 10-15 minutes from all universities/colleges on the Halifax side of the waterAbout me:Fairly chill, quiet, single male, 45+, Nerdy (loves D&D, board games, select video games). Dal Grad (Masters Degree). Queer/Trans friendly. LGBT2SL+ AllyReasonably well known local professional photographer who recently suffered a leg injury so I’m not currently working (hence the need for a room mate). Quiet, non-smokers, rarely drink. House also home to 1 very old, very cute canary. House includes backyard, front deck, ample parking, high-speed wi-fi, a few cable channels (in rotation), full kitchen access, dish-washer; washer-dryer etc.Basement is partially finished and I’m converting it into a second living room/game room area so we can both watch (or not watch) what we wish on TV.Would prefer a quiet grad student or similar.
