Because of its size, there are many ways it can be laid out, and it also has a large double-doored closet with ample storage. There is also shared backyard access! Technically shared with one other apartment; however, they don't use it. I have a hammock and have spent many lovely mornings, afternoons, and evenings out there, feeling deeply grateful to have access to such calm in this chaotic city. There is also a resident Eastern Gray Squirrel named Mulberry who visits the backdoor/yard almost daily, asking for peanuts. She’s been a friend of the house for 3+ years. She is an absolute delight! I’m looking for a roommate who's down to cultivate a home that feels safe and lets us recharge. I appreciate someone who is self-reflective and practices open, nonviolent communication. I value cleanliness, but this is not a squeaky-clean type of home. I would love someone who is down to collaborate to establish chore systems that work for everyone. I sometimes have dates (all genders) over or friends; however, this is not a party or regular hosting kind of home.
