Hello! My name is Joseph Bossolono, and I am offering a room in Krum, TX (about 15 minutes West of the Denton TX town square). The living space is a 3 bedroom, all utilities included except Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, full sized dining room, and a few bonus appliances (including a chest freezer and blackstone griddle). Important qualifiers; I have 2 cats. They're friendly and fixed, but just wanted to let you know they're occupying our space and have a litterbox in the bathroom. Second; only one bathroom, its spacious with a combination tub and shower, storage cabinets both under and next to the sink, and a laundry hamper chute, but we will have to share it. Like I said previously, the apartment is 3 bedrooms. One is set aside as my studio room.amd the master bedroom as yours. Currently the photos I have of it are furnished with me and my exes things but it should give you a sense of space and size of the space.
