Hey there! My name is Kal, my roommate Maddy and I are looking for 1 or 2 people to move in to our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment by the first of october. 12 month lease, located in Lowry Denver. Our current roomate is moving out and we need to fill the spot. We are looking for an lgbtq+ freindly person close to our age, clean, respectful of others space, pays rent and bills on time, can communicate, and has a similar lifestyle. We both have a good balance of being social and having alone time. We have 2 sweet and well behaved cats, and 2 snakes, so cats and reptiles are welcome to move in, but no dogs allowed sadly. 420 friendly! Kal here, a little bit about me im 22 i work in the trades, I love going out doors and being active, explore around the state, going to local events and concerts, hanging out with freinds, i enjoy watching movies, and playing video games. Music and photography are a huge passion of mine, and community and family are very important to me. Maddy and I have been freinds for 9 years and have lived with each other for 2 years. Hii im Maddy im 22, and i work as a delivery driver at dominos as of right now. I love crafts, visiting little shops, plants, and music. I’m a huge homebody but i do love going out occasionally and having my friends over for game nights. We have in unit washer and dryer, community pool and gym. Larger bedroom can be negotiated.
