It’s got a spacious common area, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there’s more privacy which definitely helps if you work from home. There’s in unit laundry/dryer. Steps for the greenpoint ave G station, short walk to mccaren park and if you know the area a whole lot of great bars/restaurants close by with a lot to do in the area.
