I’m looking to transfer my lease ASAP, so move-in for the remainder of August is available, or you can start September 1! Your portion is $1,480/month and the bedroom is SHARED with one roommate. You would have your own private bathroom attached to the bedroom and your own closet, so while the bedroom is shared, you still have your own bathroom and personal storage space.
