I have a very large home in North Las Vegas and I am seeking adults with no children or other pets to share my house. My three cats share my house. I have a beautiful pool and BBQ . I am a writer and sculptor (and am sort of famous). I am seeking people who mind their own business and are primarily quiet. The bedrooms have private baths/ shower. Laundry room upstairs. My house is on a quiet cul de sac., Stores and other businesses very close and convenient. In addition to the bedrooms, I have swak spaces for tenants to use. I am usually always home. There is internet for your computers. There is a garage and also parking o the street. I don't drive anymore so there is one available garage space. I I am a non smoker and cannot be around smoke, unfortunately. The rent does not include utilities as that varies month to month with other people living here. The monthly utility bill will be divided equally between me and whomever else lives here.
