The available room is one of two, with the other being mine. The available room has a door that separates it and its adjoining bathroom from the shared living area en-suite style for more privacy. Listed rent price is a flat rate that includes all utilities. Living room is fully furnished, and the room includes a full bed, TV stand, desk and chair, and closet with built in shelving. You are allowed to repaint/decorate your area as you see fit. Unit has washer and dryer, dishwasher, internet, TV, and a full kitchen. The condo itself is private, quiet, and tucked away from main busy roads while still being close to all the fun things around. About 15 minutes from The Battery, 15 minutes from Marietta Square, and about 20-ish minutes from Atlanta and the airport. Easy commute to GSU. Please note there is a cat living here, but she is not allowed in the available en-suite in order to keep it as clean and allergy-friendly as possible. No other pets, please.
