We have a room available in our beautiful 3-bed, 1-bath, queer-friendly apartment in Prospect Heights for an October 1st move-in. Room The room is about 8'x11', comes with a wardrobe for a closet, and can accommodate a full-sized bed as well as a desk. Apartment The apartment is on the first floor, has high ceilings and wood floors throughout. There is a coin laundry in the building basement 1 floor down. We prefer to keep a vegetarian kitchen. Apartment mates You will be living with 3 friendly guys (2 of us are a couple). We like the apartment to be a quiet oasis amongst the chaos of NYC, so we are looking for someone who doesn't bring that home with them. Location The neighborhood is amazing with almost everything you need within blocks including restaurants, shopping, BAM, Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza (farmers market every Saturday), Whole Foods, and Park Slope Food Co-Op (we're members). Transportation 2/3 at Bergen and the B/Q at 7th Ave are blocks away (both are one stop away from Atlantic Terminal with access to 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R as well as the LIRR). The C at Lafayette and G at Fulton are also within walking distance.
