This is a room inside a 3 bedroom mid-century style home of vaulted ceilings, indoor lush atrium, outdoor jetted hot tub just outside your door on a shared courtyard. You will share the home and bathroom with one other female, a sweet tripod cat, and a 2nd female who is mostly absent with a completely private suite. We are grown, on to the next phase of enjoying life with our earned wisdom :) This is our safe haven, females only, no parties, no drugs, no alcohol, just peace and positivity! There is a gas fireplace in the living room, a large TV in the upper loft, and comfy piano nook too. The home is nestled in a forested community only 1 mile from main road and 3 miles from highways. The neighborhood is filled with bike and walking paths and within walking distance is a grocery store, ice cream shop and even Starbucks. Welcome package Upon arrival you will receive a set of keys and assistance of a long-time resident of the area able to provide guidance, tips and suggestions in case you are new to the area.
