I stay in the living room and both the bedroom and converted living space has separate entry points, affording privacy. Common area is just the foyer and bathroom. See floor plan. Best for someone that doesn't cook much or is vegan only. Absolutely no meat please. About me: I'm freelancing currently and in the apartment most of the time. Hence prefer a working out of the house professional. I'm very tidy, neat and organized. Some of my interests are walking, yoga and meditation. I don't bring home parties or play loud music. Looking for someone who is quiet, easy going. Min 1 month to max 6. Can do month to month if we are compatible. Please be employed or able to show that you can pay rent for duration of stay. Only Vegan/vegetarian please if you wish to use the tiny kitchenette. No meat please. No pets, smoking or drugs inside the apartment (recreational or otherwise). Absolutely no street shoes inside the apartment and have provided a shoe rack in foyer to place your footwear. No overnight guests allowed. 1 month rent + 1 month security deposit due at agreement signing.
