The queen bed is a storage bed with 12 drawers giving the room a bigger feel. The room is equipped with a 43" TV along with Internet and Cable and many streaming platforms. A side table and closet for that extra storage. As a bonus we have dedicated a small Den to the tenant that consist of a lounge sofa and another 52" TV. This room is shared however 95% of the time will be dedicated to the tenant.THE PROPERTY (SHARING)The house is over 1500sf, with laundry on the main level. House has 1.5 bathrooms and main level has open concept with dining and upgraded kitchen that overlooks a living room. Huge backyard for those nice evenings and equipped with outdoor cooking. The house has air conditioning and is equipped with security. We are situated on a short 1 minute walk to a bus route that takes under 5 minutes to the somerset train station. To walk to the train takes about 15- 20 minutes. We are under 1 min access to Stoney Trail. All amenities are under a 20 min walk. Street parking is available for a single vehicle.ABOUT USWe are a male gay couple in our 50s that are quiet and reserved. We enjoy gardening, cooking, biking, the mountains, river rafting. We own a cat, so a cat lover is a MUST.REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a tenant that must be working full time or in school full time. Someone that is mature and respectful. Must be clean and tidy. The rental is a month to month but preference will be favored for long term rental. References are expected and required.
