The available bedroom is spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen-size bed and desk and comes with its own dedicated bathroom (not ensuite) with a bathtub and shower. The room will be unfurnished. Rent: $1,400/month + utilities ($50-$80/month) Available: November/December — exact move-in date to be confirmed once approved by the property management team. Lease: month-to-month, and the successful applicant will take over my spot on the existing lease.
