Looking for someone for a lease takeover in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome in Horizon West/Winter Garden! 10 minutes to Westclock and 30 minutes to UCF Downtown/Valencia. Move in as soon as Sept 25, rent not due until October. It is $850 and utilities (water, electric, wifi) are under or around $100 a month! Security deposit is $900 due at move in. Spacious room with a walk in closet, you'll share the bathroom with one other girl! Access to gym and two different pools for the community as well! Washer and dryer in unit. Looking for a female, 20s, someone clean, respectful, and friendly! Current roommates often keep to themselves and have a generally quiet house, but everyone gets along and enjoys each others company when! Preferably no pets. You'll be sharing a house with one cast member who's a character attendant, and one who's an AV tech at Epic! The first floor is fully furnished already, and the room will come with a king size mattress and bed frame (can also come with dresser, desk, and nightstand at no cost.) The lease is until March, but there's the option to renew for future as well.
