1,850 /Month

Hey Everyone, we’re Adam (28) and Tom(27). We’re looking for a roommate to resign our lease with in our Midtown East APT. This is a 3 bedroom(flex) with 2 bathrooms. A little bit about the building and apartment. The apartment is in a doorman building on the 17th floor. The security and doorman are fantastic and we have had no issues with pests or rodents in the building, everything is clean. The building is located on 44th and 2nd and a quick 6 minute walk to Grand Central. In the building you would have access for the gym in it for additional $75/month I believe. There is laundry in the basement of the building. The lease starts 12/1 and the rent is $1850/month + WiFi and utilities we would split 3 ways. The Apartment is great and will be fully furnished basically besides your room. We are looking for someone to fill our flex room right now. The flex room is a very decent size. Right now the current person in there has a full bed, desk, and little futon in it and there is still room to spare. There is plenty of room as well to store clothes and you would also have access to your own closet that is off the living room. The flex room also has its own window AC unit that cranks! Since it is a flex wall, the wall does not go up to the ceiling and there is no door, there is a curtain instead. We are both friends with the guy currently living there and he might be willing to leave the desk and bedframe if you need. You will also be sharing a full bathroom with Adam that is a very decent size. The kitchen is a a typical NYC kitchen, we have a dishwasher too. A little bit about us. We both love sports especially basketball soccer and football. We are both pretty clean and try to keep the apartment as clean as possible. We usually keep it pretty tame during the week and enjoy winding down the nights with some video games and like to go out on the weekend.
