1,500 /Month

I’m looking for a considerate roommate to share my 2 bed/2 bath apartment just east of West Hollywood, near La Brea and Melrose. The available room comes with its own bathroom, and the total monthly cost is about $1,500, including utilities. One of the best parts of living here is the neighborhood. It’s friendly, lively, and incredibly walkable, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and fitness studios are all in the neighborhood which its called the Media District but no one really calls it that. The Metro B and D lines are also about 10 minutes away. A little about me: I’m in my early 30s and work full-time in office during the week. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, listening to music, and watching tv at home. On weekends, I’m usually spending time with friends or family. I like having a home that feels comfortable and welcoming. I’m thoughtful about keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, especially the kitchen, and I’m looking for someone who respects each other’s space and communicates openly. If you’re looking for a comfortable home in a convenient, walkable area, I’d love to hear from you.
