A newer 48-story tower on Rainey, this one has the polished downtown look without pretending to be old Austin charm. It puts you right in the middle of the Rainey Street stretch, with Lady Bird Lake, the Congress Avenue Bridge, and the Texas State Capitol all within the orbit of daily life. The shared spaces are the real draw: a rooftop pool, cafe, yoga studio, coworking lounges, conference rooms, fitness center, indoor club room, and grill area. Walkability is strong, and Google, Oracle, and the rest of downtown are an easy part of the equation. The Lambie is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath layout with 1,350 square feet, starting at $7,453/month. It gives you a larger downtown footprint than a lot of Rainey options, plus the extra half bath that makes shared living a lot less annoying.
