Are you someone that enjoys a more unique, yet affordable place to call home? This cozy, updated, daylight basement style unit (3118B) is part of a triplex that looks very much like a single family home (3116-3118 NE 120th St, Seattle WA 98125). It's not your cookie-cutter apartment, but rather a well-maintained, somewhat older building with a full-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar, and tub/shower in spite of it's relatively compact size. LOCATED at the corner of NE 120th St, and 32nd Ave - (entrance to 3118B is right next to the carpad on 32nd Ave, at the rear of the building) This unit includes an adjoining carpad for an additional $50/month to be used as reserved parking, or a private patio area. You'll enjoy a GREAT COMMUNITY feel with the other tenants; a responsible landlord that seeks WIN-WIN relationships with tenants that pay rent on time, are good neighbors, and take pride in care and cleanliness of their homes; and a CONVENIENT LOCATION within walking distance of downtown Lake City stores, restaurants, banks and laundromats. Nearby Bus and Sound Transit lines make commuting a breeze! Located on the back side of the house, features of this 1 bedroom/1 bath home include: new carpets, kitchen vinyl, paint throughout, a new French door (with blinds between the panes), new double-pane windows, a new toilet and medicine cabinet, and a new living room track light. There is a garden bed along the back walkway that can be used to grow vegetables or flowers. (If the idea of not having an on-site laundry is stopping you - consider the idea of laundry service - companies like Poplin will pickup and delivery laundry for $1/lb! Otherwise, laundromats are within a mile.) AFFORDABLE RENT at $1,395/month (First Month, Last Month &; Security Deposit required). Tenant pays 1/6 share of building's water/sewer/garbage; and 1/2 share of electric shared with similar sized neighboring unit. In 2025, utilities (water, sewer, garbage &; electric) averaged $149/month. A virtual walk-through link is available upon request. Blinds are left open to allow viewing into most of the interior. Viewing beyond that can be arranged by appointment AFTER initial screening/meeting basic criteria.
