Property Id: 2915269 The home is located in Dry Dock Village, a small, quiet neighborhood convenient to Park Circle, the Charleston Navy Yard, Riverfront Park, downtown Charleston, and area hospitals, including MUSC, Roper Hospital, and Trident Medical Center. Charleston International Airport, Tanger Outlets, the North Charleston Coliseum, and Interstates 26 and 526 are also easily accessible. Enjoy a comfortable extended stay in this charming, fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow in North Charleston. Ideal for traveling healthcare professionals, corporate travelers, military contractors, relocating families, and other working professionals. We recently purchased this property and are excited to make it a welcoming home away from home. As a former traveling sonographer who traveled with my husband and daughter, I understand how important it is to feel at home while away. Our goal is to include amenities and thoughtful touches that help you feel safe, comfortable, and at home while making your stay more convenient. We are a nature-loving family, and my husband's background in landscaping inspires our plans for the property. We look forward to adding indoor plants and enhancing the outdoor spaces to bring a little more greenery and relaxation to your stay. We are also planning exciting outdoor improvements, including enhanced landscaping, a fenced yard, and an outdoor dining area. These additions will make the property even more inviting, and the tenant may enjoy the completed upgrades during their stay at no increase to the agreed-upon monthly rent. Because the improvements may take place during the rental period, the tenant must be comfortable allowing scheduled exterior access to the property. Advance notice will be provided, and we will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience.
