(818) 482-2253 - Don't let the unassuming outside fool you ... This is a lovely light and bright spacious 4 bedroom home on a generous lot with a view. House is pretty much 1 level and each room is large with wonderful closets, most walk in. The floors are easy to clean tile that looks like wood. The windows are all new dual paned. Many ceiling fans help keep the utility bills down. There is not only a huge living room that could easily be decorated into two areas. It overlooks a shade garden of ferns and then the full yard from its expansive window. Attached to a formal dining room is a step down wet bar. The den/family room features a decorative fireplace and a new sliding glass door to the big partially covered concrete patio. What a wonderful place to hang out in the afternoon or evening, looking out over your big yard to the valley city lights below. Plenty of space for a vegetable garden or a playground. The yard is ready for you to make it yours. It has a chain link fence around it. On the side of the house is a good sized dog run. The kitchen feature a newish electric cooktop in an island full of storage. Double ovens are vintage but still working. A dishwasher is near the triple bowl sink. A walk in pantry gives you plenty of storage. There is a built in desk perfect for homework or paying bills. A breakfast area completes this very useable kitchen. The garage holds 2 cars and has an electric car plug in as well as holding the washer and dryer. My favorite room is the master/primary bedroom. It is generous sized with areas for the bed, a sitting area, a dressing or 2nd sitting area, a cedar lined walk in closet and private bath with a shower and a regal sunken separate bath, dual sinks and lots of storage. The is a 1/2 bath easily accessible to the living room. The bedrooms share another large bath that has a tub and sperate shower, dual sinks, and storage. Each of the other bedrooms have ceiling fans and 2 have walk in closets. All are very spacious, light and bright. The driveway holds 2-4 cars (in addition to the 2 car garage) and there is usually plenty of unrestricted street parking. Once you enter you will understand why everyone likes living here. This is a good school district, great neighborhood, convenient to freeway, shopping, schools and more. Owner is a RE Broker. A $500 discount will be given if rent is paid in full before it is due. Regular rent $6,000/mo, discounted rent $5,500/mo. Pets accepted on a case by case basis; dogs required to be covered on tenants' rental insurance policy.
