North Shore Estates - Lot 3. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/c50f74c0a4 ---- Here's a chance to own your own home for a thousand dollars! We're looking for someone who likes a project. If you're handy, or you've been waiting for a way to stop renting, this one is worth a look. The home needs some work, and we'd rather tell you that up front than waste your time. But a lot of it is already handled, and you get to finish it your way. We're giving you your first two months of lot rent free so you have room to do it right, without paying rent somewhere else while you work. When you're done, you'll own it outright. North Shore Estates is a small, quiet community right on E Houghton Lake Drive, just minutes from the largest inland lake in Michigan. Summers are for the water. Winters are for the ice and the sleds. Groceries, gas and a hardware store are all a short drive, and there's a real sense of neighbors here. We're putting serious work into the place: new homes going into the empty lots, utilities being upgraded, the grounds cleaned up and kept that way. If that sounds like something you'd like to be part of, come see it. We'll walk you through exactly what's done, what's left, and what it would take.
