Rare opportunity to acquire a two-family gem off Woodward Ave in New Haven. From its stately perch, this beautifully built home offers two spacious 2-bdrm units with a full basement and walk-up attic. The first floor benefits from a gorgeous wrap-around porch with lovely architectural details, as well as an attached garage. This unit would be great for an owner-occupant, or command premium rent if brought to market after purchase. The 2nd floor was just painted and could be accessed from an interior staircase to combine the units into a single family home. The walk-up attic is accessible from the 2nd floor unit.
