Great views, privacy, and easy access off Route 100 make this the ideal location for a primary residence. Just minutes from Sugarbush resort, Mad River Glen, and both Warren and Waitsfield downtown areas. The property is adjacent to a large forested tract ideal for year-round recreation from snowshoeing or cross-country skiing, to mountain biking. This property offers great opportunities and it is ready to build upon. The seller (neighboring lot) is adding deeded covenants to restrict the size (square footage) of the house and has restricted short term rentals. Permits and plans are in place for a 4-bedroom septic system and there's electrical service underground at the property line, plus the access driveway (Bent Birch) to the site is installed. The site driveway is roughed in and ready for construction. Grab a local craftsman and build the house of your dreams in the Mad River Valley!
