Convenient is an understatement for this charming vintage home in one of the most sought after locations in Bar Harbor! Downtown is just moments away, as is the MDI YMCA, and Acadia National Park trails are within minutes. 2 upstairs bedrooms, a primary and one with an additional space just right for an office, craft room, or whatever you need. Hardwood floors downstairs refinished in 2017, new roof in 2020, brand new hybrid water heater. The patio deck is bright yet private, just the spot for morning coffee or to wind down in the evening. The lot has potential for a garage and to expand the house. This is a fully functional home, ready for you to settle in and enjoy life the way it should be!
