The kitchen connects easily to the main living spaces and, along with the bathrooms, is ready for the next owner's ideas and updates. Rather than paying for someone else's choices, here's the opportunity to make your own.Two additional bedrooms upstairs provide room for family, guests, a home office, hobbies or whatever life requires next.Outside, the private backyard is manageable enough to enjoy rather than spend every weekend maintaining, with room for gardening, summer dinners, a dog, or simply a good chair and a cup of coffee.Set on a 5,811-square-foot lot, 7 Lovett Street has been well cared for and offers comfortable space, useful flexibility and plenty of potential.
