1,350 /Month

Hi! I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with a November 1st move-in! ???? About the apartment complex: • Gated community • Near Hoag • ~15 minutes walk from the beach • 2 bed / 2 bath • Room is unfurnished • $1,350/month + utilities ???? About me: I am in my 20s and work Monday–Friday, so I am usually out of the apartment during the week. I am looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, clean, and easygoing. Ideally, I would love to actually be friends with my roommate and hang out occasionally! Looking for someone in their 20s with a stable income, as required by the apartment complex. I have included a video of the room and shared living space! If you are seriously interested, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/vnb2892wUuAcace3A
