Welcome to a home that gives you more than a room. It gives you peace. Tucked on a quiet Decatur street, this beautifully renovated co-living home sits on a wooded lot with a creek running along the back. Mornings start with birdsong and light through the trees. It feels more like a boutique retreat than a shared home, and that is exactly how we designed it. A HOME THAT CELEBRATES YOU On your birthday, we send pizza, wings, cold drinks, and cookies. Every person under our roof deserves to feel seen, known, and celebrated. CLEANING, OFF YOUR PLATE A professional cleaning crew refreshes all common areas every month. Your energy goes toward your life, not chore charts. A HOME THAT GIVES BACK Fifteen percent of our rental income cares for an orphanage in Africa. Part of what you pay helps love children who have less. TWO PREMIUM ROOMS, TWO RARE FINDS One opens to its own private deck overlooking the creek. Another frames the creek and woods through its windows, so you wake up to the water.
