I'm looking for a roommate to share my 1,100 sq. ft. townhome, located just a few blocks from Sloan's Lake! The home has 2 bedrooms, a loft, and a private bathroom for each bedroom. The available room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. Private bedroom and bathroom Wi-Fi and utilities included Shared living spaces and loft Walking distance to Sloan's Lake Two sweet, well-mannered senior dogs! A Little About Me I'm 34, a special education teacher and business owner. I love spending time outdoors, playing tennis and pickleball, and getting together with friends. I also enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and cooking (usually without following a recipe!). I'm pretty social and enjoy having friends over, but also appreciate a relaxed home environment and downtime. I have two older, well-mannered dogs who are part of the household, so being comfortable around dogs is a must! Discounted Rent Opportunity I travel for work and am looking for someone who would be interested in helping care for my dogs during one 5-day period each month while I'm away. In exchange, I'm offering a discount on monthly rent! This could be a great arrangement for someone who loves dogs but doesn't necessarily want the full-time responsibility of having their own. Ideal Roommate I'm hoping to find someone who is responsible, communicative, and enjoys a comfortable, friendly living environment. I'd love to live with someone who is happy to chat or occasionally hang out, while also respecting each other's independence and personal space. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to connect!
