CONTRACTORS AND INVESTORS TAKE NOTE! MOTIVATED SELLER! Step into history with the iconic James Taylor Home, circa 1859, located just steps from the heart of New Bedford's famed Whaling Seaport. Surrounded by renowned restaurants, charming shops, and the newly operational commuter rail, this prime location offers both convenience and character. This historic gem presents endless possibilities. Restore it to its original grandeur or capitalize on a unique investment opportunity and expand your portfolio. A rare chance to own a piece of New Bedford history in an unbeatable location! The city currently has it identified as three units, two in the main house and a third in the detached building. The main home presents an opportunity to potentially expand the number of units in it with proper city approval. The main home is now completely empty and there is one remaining tenant in the back home who would like to stay if possible. Buyer should also perform their own due diligence.
