Don't care to share your waterfront with anyone? You will need to see this remarkable private pond-side cottage in beautiful Hiram, Maine. Completely remodeled and updated in 2023, this 1360-square foot four-season home is the oasis you've been looking for. The extensive list of updates and upgrades in 2023 include: metal roof, vinyl soffit/facia, composite siding, all new windows, all new doors, all new sliders, composite window trim, 3-head heat pump, full kitchen remodel with quartz and butcherblock countertops, bathroom remodel, new flooring, UV whole-house water treatment, new propane area stove, and new appliances throughout. And just last year a new deck, new 12' by 24' garage, and (one I don't get to write very often) new bridge! Need some additional office, or craft space? You'll love the insulated and heated auxiliary building to outfit as desired. This is a VERY unique, turn-key property with a quarter-acre pond, set on 10 wooded acres. Max depth at average levels is approximately 10 feet, deep enough to hold largemouth bass and sunfish, and to go for a swim. Enjoy a location that allows for White Mountain hikes one day, and ocean-side beach days the next. North Conway is only 45 minutes away, greater Portland, and hour. Showings by appointment only. Sellers intend to sell semi-furnished tbd. Come take a look!
