Read my About Me section first. The photos of the condo are from a public listing for my condo before I acquired it, so it doesn't look exactly like this now. (I'm biased, but I think it looks better now.) Ask and I'll send current photos and/or videos, or you can see it in person. Here's the living arrangement I envision: - We would share the master bedroom, with approximately 75% of the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and master bathroom space allocated to you and 25% retained by me. (The master bathroom has two sinks.) - The second bedroom and second bathroom would remain entirely mine. - My car would occupy the 1-bay garage and you would use the 2nd designated parking spot. - The kitchen, living room, the rest of the garage, and every other area would be shared equally. The home already has everything a person should need, and I'd be happy to share (e.g. cleaning equipment, cooking equipment, clothes ironing setup, bed, etc.), but I'm open to making room for duplicate things we have or getting rid of my duplicates if yours are better. There is a Public Storage within walking distance. THE CONDO - 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,067 sq ft, built 2007. Single level with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. - Gated community right by Copeland St & Siskin Ave in Highlands Ranch. - Huge master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and attached bath. The second bedroom also has its own bath and walk-in closet, although that would be my area. - In-unit washer and dryer, central A/C and heating, dishwasher, fireplace, covered deck, balcony shed, lots of unused storage space in the garage, and more. - Shared workout room with equipment. Community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. - Detached garage plus a reserved parking spot. - Fully furnished, with Wi-Fi and utilities included. - Great cellular coverage. RENT - Listed at $750/month, including all utilities and other fees. The final amount isn't settled yet. - Pricing depends on how much space you use and how we split household work, but it will never be above market rate. - For both our benefit, we'd sign a written rental agreement before you move in. I'm open to making it more flexible than a conventional lease, or using conventional terms if you prefer. - Once you move in, your rent and your space don't depend on the relationship. TIMING - Move-in date is very flexible. I don't have a deadline, but I'm open to discussing yours. I'm financially secure and would not rely on rent, but we'd each be responsible for our agreed share of living expenses. - I'm open to situations where you do have a deadline, but this isn't for a woman who needs to move ASAP. I'd want to try co-living visits before you'd move in. - If for any reason you wanted to move out, you could do so at any time without notice and without an early-termination penalty. If we broke up and I wanted to end the tenancy, I'd follow our agreement and applicable law, including any required notice. - We could move as slowly as you'd like. I prefer to move a bit faster because life is short, but I'd still want to have a relationship first. - I occasionally have friends over, rather than every weekend. I'm open to pets. I've heard the HOA has a rule against large or very large dogs, but I know plenty of residents who own very large dogs without problems. Feel free to ask about anything I haven't covered.
