As you near 37 Gardner, you will immediately appreciate just how beautiful the town of New London is. The enormous front yard greets you upon arrival. This sprawling space could have so many great uses. The long driveway has plenty of room for parking with at least 5 spaces located along home. There have been many updates, including a new roof, completed last year. Inside and out this home has been well taken care of. The property has not changed hands in nearly 4 decades! In that time it has been lovingly cared for by one family. While the location and surrounding area are fantastic all year, it really shines in the summer. Walking distance to the Beach, Park, Mitchell College, Medical Facilities, great dining options, and so much more. This property is an absolute gem, and is waiting for it's next owner to love it for another 40 years :)
