Property Id: 2364510 This beautiful, three bedroom two bath wood construction with voltage ceilings sits on a 1 acre food forest and HPP that is centrally located in 25 minutes to the ocean 25 minutes to Hilo 30 minutes to Volcano point is five minutes away. It comes with a 12 x 12 tiny house with its own lanai, electricity and outside shower there is an extra toilet in the carport where there's a washer and dryer. There are many different types of fruit trees on the property that give food all year long. There's a big space to garden. There is a house at the back of the 1 acre lot. The people have been renting there for a few years and are really chill. It's close to Waldorf schools and sets 12 minutes between two different grocery stores and the city of Keaau in Pahoa. I would prefer a one year lease and flexible on the price and the lease terms for the right person section 8 would be considered
