$235,000

This large, private parcel has about 933 feet of frontage on River Road and runs about 1,330 feet along the border of the Ammonoosuc Rail Trail. Cross the trail and you're at the Ammonoosuc River for fishing, paddling, and swimming. The high ground has long valley and mountain views. It was once an active gravel pit with material left to extract and permitted locally for excavation. Dig or not, it could be a beautiful homesite, a recreational retreat, or a base for trail and river use, minutes from Bath village. The seller discloses an old town landfill on the west portion, now overgrown and no longer visible from drone footage. Buyers should complete their own due diligence.
