Great opportunity for a sweet home with some great acreage (34 total!) to just own and explore or get a jump start on your own farm! Currently, this two bedroom ranch is set up with a store front in one of the bedrooms, but could be restored to original design with a little carpentry. Or, use the finished room in the basement as your second bedroom. The whole house and farm runs with only the base electrical bill each month with its owned solar panel array. No oil bill for you to worry about! No piling wood. Just turn on your heat pump! The property is a whole 8 acres with mostly one big field which currently houses the resident goat farm. Fencing and minibarns will convey. They have electricity and the milking room has water available. (even hot water for the winter months!) This sale will include a contiguous 26 acre parcel of woodland that is teeming with wildlife and potential. This spot is just waiting for you, so come make it happen! Call Heather to set up a showing if you don't have an agent. Please no trespassing. The land portion is currently an active hunting spot.
