This furnished one-bedroom residence is at the Bellevue, the historic building next to the Massachusetts State House. It's available for a lease through August 31, 2027, and the lease can be renewed after that. The building first opened as the Hotel Bellevue in the 1890s, and a later renovation brought back much of its original character. Unit 3R has 13-foot ceilings, period chandeliers, parquet hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bay windows in the bedroom overlook the State House garden. The apartment has a granite kitchen and a marble bathroom. It comes fully furnished, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new queen sofa bed in the living room for guests. Utilities are included in the rent, so the home is ready to move into from the first day. Residents share a large roof deck with views of the State House dome, Boston Common and the Charles River. The building also has laundry on every floor, two elevators and professional management. Park Street Station is around
