???? Roommate Wanted Melrose, MA November 1 $1,100/month + utilities 2BR / 1BA Parking Available Hey y’all! I’m Danny, 22, a chef from Newton, MA, and I’ve secured a great apartment in Melrose. Now I’m looking for a roommate to share it with! A little about me: I’m easygoing, friendly, and always down to meet new people and make new friends. When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing basketball, watching movies or TV, exploring Boston, or cooking up something good. ???????? I’m hoping to find someone who’s friendly, considerate, and enjoys a relaxed living environment. It would be great to become friends, but I also appreciate having our own space. About the apartment: ???? 1 Hurd St, Melrose, MA ????️ 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom ???? Approximately 800 sq. ft. ???? $1,100/month per person, plus utilities (water included) ???? Commuter rail right across the street with direct service to North Station ???? Whole Foods, laundry, restaurants, and shops within walking distance ???? One parking space available, and it’s yours since I don’t drive! ???? Move-in: by November 30 Melrose has a great neighborhood feel, with shops, restaurants, and plenty to explore. It’s a nice balance of quieter living and easy access to Boston. Interested? Send me a DM and tell me a little about yourself! I’d love to meet up, show you the apartment, and see if we’d be a good fit as roommates. More photos and room dimensions coming soon! ????
