This is a traditional home has been occupied by the same tenants for the last 4 years. For your benefit we have overhauled the entire home with the goal of renewing Grandma's house just as it was in all of its glory and as it should be. The interior has been repainted, carpeted rooms have been re-carpeted, fixtures upgraded and plumbing repaired. Many of the original features were refurbished returning the home's historic charm. There is something special about this location. It is hard to describe the experience of spending time there; a feeling of youth is always in the air as you hear the children playing in the park. The sun always seems to glow warming the rear side of the house even when the rest of the area is chilled by the cold wind. It was the perfect climate where Grandpa used to grow all of our vegetables. Much of the garden area is now allocated to two patio terraces which provides a great area for entertaining guests or barbecuing for the family. Belvedere Park playground is located just across the street; the children playing remind you of those youthful days we all miss. You will find it is also ideally located with fine dining; shopping and the commuter ferry dock only a short walk away. If you are not yet familiar; Belvedere / Tiburon is a wonderful family community. The house has two bedrooms; off the master is a room which could be a fantastic office with views of the playground, Belvedere lagoon and Tiburon hills. There is one full bath and one ½ bath as well as a roomy detached unfinished shed in the back yard. The main floor also has laundry room with hook ups for washer and electric dryer (machines are not included). House includes a large garage with plenty of room for storage and workshop. The property has both a front and back yard. In the back there still remains a fruit baring lemon tree as well as the giant Redwood tree planted the year my Father was born. Please come and see this great place to make your home.
