The 3- and 4-bedroom apartments contain 269 residential "single room occupancy" (SRO) suites rented by the bedroom and share the unit common space with other by-the-bedroom unit renters. 46 of these units and 2 compact studios are designated 'income restricted' and will be rented to households earning at or less than the 70% Area Median Income (AMI) and 100% AMI.
