Also it is pests and rodent free. It is about 2 minutes away from the bus stop, 7 minutes away from York University, 5 minutes away from Pioneer Village bus station, 5 minutes away from the malls, has a plaza downstairs (grocery/pharmacy), and a park close by. No Smoking, No Parties, No Pets, as the apartment is shared. Also no Beef or Pork in the apartment. (This is non- negotiable).Also if you are willing to share the bedroom you can split the rent with another female 50/50. If you are interested please message me for more information or a viewing.
