Avery Stevenson (Has a House). We're looking for someone to rent a room with a private bathroom in a large, secluded house in an HOA neighborhood. I live here with my girlfriend and 2 roommates. There's a garage, large living area, plenty of storage, backyard, laundry, and parking. We clean the kitchen and house weekly, and communicate clearly and respectfully. We don't party and like having a relaxed space. We'd prefer a year lease but will consider smaller lease terms.
